New York City is breaking

Me and I am extremely sick rn and my friend told me I “look terrible, but your skin looks great, but you look really Ill”

today’s menu:

chili ramen with green onions, spinach, and a poached egg
turmeric pineapple tonic
two pieces of multigrain toast with hazelnut spread
one navel orange
two cups of ginger peach tea

I decided not to order delivery even though I’m really sick, so instead I’m making my own soup from scratch. Tips and tricks welcome…

I went grocery shopping at Whole Foods but I only bought grains and nuts and a few snacks because their produce is too expensive
